Medical Assistants

All of our medical assistants (MA) are skilled in assisting the physicians in their specialty. We are proud to have a staff of MA's who are either certified or in the process of becoming certified.

Gina

Gina is the group's Lead MA. Not only is she involved in patient care, but she also coordinates the communication and patient flow between the front and back office staff. Away from the office she enjoys many family activities as well as singing and decorating.

Eric

Working primarily with pulmonary patients, Eric can shift easily from back to front office duties. He is devoted to his family, black lab, Jasmine, and loves to post the "gone fishing" sign!

Connie

In addition to assigned clinics, Connie is our "float" MA covering and backing-up wherever needed. To refresh herself she loves to shop, fish and relax with her family.

Reception / Registration

Our receptionists are the smiling faces at registration and the sunny voices often heard on the phone.

Margaret

In addition to reception/registration, Margaret also manages medical records. She devotes her leisure time to scrap booking, calligraphy, gardening and long walks with her lab.

Nurse Manager


Barb

The group's nurse manager, Barb, is responsible for overseeing patient care and works closely with both the physicians and the staff. A veteran ICU nurse, she capably brings her nursing skills into the critical care office environment. When Barb isn't involved in patient care, she's exploring her passion for quilting or playing with her grandchildren.

Administrator


Marjorie

Shasta Critical Care's administrator, Marjorie, has broad oversight that ranges from human resources to business management. Her primary focus is creating an environment for excellent patient care. When outside of the office Marjorie enjoys the river trail, sewing and jewelry making as well as cooking for friends and being with her family.
